Trust is our priority
As a company based in Switzerland, privacy is especially important to Zehnder. In all solutions for our customers, privacy and security are core criteria that we highly value in our design and implementation. We are fully convinced that the owners of operational data need to have full control over what they do or do not want to share. By design, neither Zehnder nor an installer (partner) have access to the operational data linked to a customer without the approval of the owner of the device. Zehnder and partners only get access to your operational data when this is actively approved by you as a customer, and only for a limited time of 8 hours with the purpose of giving remote support. Remote support can be disabled at any time. Additionally, we also allow customers to share data anonymously with Zehnder. This can be used by the R&D department for product optimizations.
